Recorded meditations

A quiet place to sit for a few minutes whenever you need one.

Sean Adams

People ask me pretty often where they can listen to the meditations we do together.

I'm not trying to build a YouTube channel or send you somewhere noisy where an ad starts playing the second you close your eyes. So I put this page together as a simple home for them.

You can bookmark this page, listen right here in your browser, or save the audio files to your phone so you have them offline—in your parked car before walking into the house, on a quiet walk, or at the end of a long week.

Guided recordings

Put your phone down beside you, let your shoulders drop an inch, and take these at your own pace.

Setting Down What Isn't Yours

For when you've been carrying a heavy load all week—your own responsibilities, someone else's frustration, or an old expectation about who you're supposed to be. Take three and a half quiet minutes to breathe, notice where that weight sits in your body, and set it down beside your chair for a little while.

Six Inches Off the Ground

When we go through hard seasons, we learn to hold on tight—like hanging from a bar in the dark with a blindfold on, when our feet are actually only six inches off the floor. Take under three minutes to loosen your grip by five percent, let your breath drop into your ribs, and feel the solid ground already under your feet.

More recordings added as I make them

When I record a new piece, I'll put it right here—no sign-up wall and no algorithm. If we did a grounding exercise or meditation together that helped you and you'd like me to record a version for this page, just let me know.

Take whatever is useful here and leave the rest. You can also sit with the fire on the Listen page, or if you ever want to talk one-on-one, find a time on the Begin page →
