Where You Land

How we work

At your pace, in your own words.

Where

At your kitchen table, if you're within about 30 miles of Osceola, WI. Or by video or phone, from wherever you are. Video means I can work with people anywhere in the world.

Who

Individuals, parents, and whole families.

This might be for you if…

  • You're still carrying something that once kept you safe, and it's gotten heavy.
  • You're a parent who wants to stop handing down what was handed to you.
  • Your family wants to find a calmer way to be in the same room.
  • You're hanging on tight, and part of you suspects the ground is closer than it feels.

It's probably not the right fit if you're in crisis right now. In the US, you can call or text 988 any time.

What it feels like

I don't hand you a new story or tell you who to be. You find what's in the room yourself, at your pace. I'm there with you while you look.

  • You figure out what's yours.
  • You set down what isn't.
  • You practice landing.
  • You write your next chapter.

Your free conversation

  1. Pick a time. About 20 to 30 minutes, by video or phone.
  2. We talk. You share as much or as little as you want. No pressure, no sales pitch.
  3. You decide. If it feels right, we set up a first session. If not, that's a fine answer too.

Questions people ask

Is this therapy?

No. I'm not a licensed therapist, and this is coaching. Much of our work overlaps with therapeutic models, with a more holistic nature.

What happens in a session?

We talk, and sometimes we try a meditation or a simple practice. You lead, at your pace. I don't hand you a new story or tell you who to be.

Do I have to talk about my past?

Only as much as you want to. What happened to you is something that happened, not who you are.

Can my whole family come?

Yes. Family sessions are 90 minutes, at your kitchen table or by video.

I'm not near Wisconsin. Can we still work together?

Yes. Video and phone sessions work from anywhere in the world.

What if I can't afford it?

I keep a few reduced-rate community spots open each month. Just ask.

How I use AI

I ask you to be honest with me, so here's my honesty back. I use AI tools as a helper behind the scenes: to prepare for our time together, organize my notes, and create resources like meditations. With your permission, I may record a session so my notes are accurate, and those notes stay private. AI never replaces me, and it never decides anything about you. You can always say no to any of it, and the work stays the same.
