Where You Land
Falling is inevitable. Landing is learned.
It can feel like finding yourself at a fire burning low in the night, with dawn gradually approaching.
I help people and families put down what was never theirs to carry, so they can find out where they really land.
What we carry
We hold on to things that once kept us safe: a story someone told us, a weight from childhood, a bracing we never got to let go of. And the ground is usually closer than it feels. Sometimes it's just six inches away.
I'm Sean. I don't hand you a new story or tell you who to be. We meet at your kitchen table, by video, or by phone. Together, you figure out what's yours, set down what isn't, practice landing, and write your next chapter.
I work with individuals, parents, and whole families. Your first conversation is free.
Ways to work together
What are you carrying?
Tap anything that feels heavy, and let the fire have it.
Nothing you tap is saved or sent. If you'd like me to know what you set down, you can share it when you book.
A free meditation
Not ready to talk yet? That's okay. Leave your email and I'll send you a short guided meditation for sitting with your own ember.
